It is very busy with online orders. Unfortunately we cannot deliver everything on time. Some packages are delayed. For this we ask for your understanding.
We ship all our packages with PostNL.
We have made the following agreements for the delivery:
1 Signature for receipt
2 Delivery at home address only
3 Increased liability
A package is presented once at the recipient.
If the package has not been delivered, it will be taken to a PostNL location where it can be picked up within 2 weeks. The recipient will be notified about this.
After 2 weeks, the package will be returned to the return address on the label.
If a package is not delivered according to the above conditions 1, 2 and 3, we request that you notify us by email, stating the invoice number. Click HERE
